The opening day of the Peak Performance Hockey Labor Day Kickoff set the tone for an exciting weekend of action. Friday featured close finishes, offensive fireworks, and standout performances as teams battled to establish early momentum.
Team Royal 4, Team Red 3
Day 1 began with a thriller as Team Royal edged Team Red in a 4–3 contest.
Red fought hard behind Ayden Heron (#26, 2 goals) and Andy Zhang (#28), but came up just short.
Team Crimson 6, Team Grey 2
Team Crimson showcased their offensive depth with a 6–2 victory over Grey.

Giacomo Caliri (#7) struck twice, while Richie Cavanagh (#19), Will Norton (#8), James Hayward (#15), and Samuel Rivet (#9) each added goals.

For Grey, Jack Grahling (#17) and Malkin Pierre (#18) found the net.
Team Navy 6, Team White 4
In one of the highest-scoring games of the day, Navy outlasted White 6–4.
White stayed close thanks to Joseph Levreault (#12, 2 goals), Drew Borggaard (#22), and Drew Hayden (#3).
Team Rams 3, Team Jr. Blues 3 (Draw)
The Rams and Jr. Blues couldn’t be separated, finishing in a 3–3 tie.

The Rams’ goals came from Ethan Bennett (#12, 2 goals) and Cody Penniman (#15).

For the Jr. Blues, Owen Hurley (#5), Chase Watts (#20), and London McDonald (#17) each scored.
