Sunday’s slate of games at the Peak Performance Hockey Labor Day Kickoff delivered non-stop action, with offensive outbursts, tightly contested battles, and standout individual performances. The Summit Series continues to showcase some of the top young talent, and Sunday was no exception.

Team Royal 9, Team Purple 1

Team Royal exploded offensively to headline Sunday’s action with a 9–1 win.

• Tucker Montecalvo (#8) registered a hat trick.

• Keegan Norton (#25) led the way with four goals.

• Talon Beyer (#82) and Gus Lambert (#19) each added tallies.

Purple’s lone goal came from Jan Hlavka (#6).

Team Navy 5, Team Crimson 3

In a fast-paced, back-and-forth contest, Navy outlasted Crimson 5–3.

• Navy’s goals came from Aidan Patton (#17), Ryan Murray (#4), Nico Swanson (#9), Jake Doherty (#18), and Ty Higginbotham (#27).

• Crimson battled back with TJ Swinson (#91) scoring twice and Tei Lee (#11) adding one, but Navy’s depth secured the win.

Team Grey 6, Team White 2

Team Grey used a balanced scoring attack to roll past Team White, 6–2.

• Michael Contino (#28) led the charge with two goals.

• Broden Baum (#7), Jack Grahling (#17), Arthur Ambuhl (#19), and Aspen Charov (#71) also found the net.

Team White’s goals were scored by Theodore Lee (#21) and Connor Nolan (#13).

Team Rams 3, Team 87’s 2

In one of Sunday’s closest finishes, the Rams held on for a 3–2 win.

• Scoring for the Rams: Cody Penniman (#15), Josh Zifcak (#61), and Braiden Moriarty (#92).

• The 87’s answered through Ethan Minter (#61) and Gregory Bonczek (#4) but couldn’t complete the comeback.

Team Red 5, Team Jr. Blues 2

Team Red capped the day with a decisive 5–2 victory over the Jr. Blues.

• Goals came from Aaron Shen (#8), Colton Stecchini (#90), Jack Green (#7), Bryan Aquino (#21), and Andy Zhang (#28).

• For the Jr. Blues, Toby Beaulac (#23) and Finn Sheehy (#14) got on the board.
